Service Management Itil Process Consultant

Our global professional services client is seeking a Service Management ITIL Process Consultant to join their team in Canberra or Melbourne. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects.
As the selected candidate, you will:

• Shape service excellence: Leverage your expertise in strategy, operating models, and process maturity to guide clients on their Service Management journeys.
• Craft winning solutions: Design and implement Service Management architectures and technologies, bridging the gap between IT and business needs.
• Master multiple areas: Your skills will span Service Management planning, optimization, integration, and ITIL process assessment/design/implementation.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Service Management transformation consulting and delivery.
• Proven track record in Service Management process design and implementation.
• Understanding of Service Management operating models and tool strategies.
• Experience with leading Service Management tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Splunk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus points if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualifications.
• Experience with ITIL-oriented tools and Cloud FinOps/Cost Optimization.
• Relevant industry or technology certifications (ITIL4, SRE, COBIT, etc.).
• Defence security clearance (NV1 preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Australian citizenship for government security clearance.
