Your Role: Service Manager As a Service Manager at our dealership, you will:
- Run the Service Department
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a dynamic team
- Collaborate with the GM/DP to implement new systems and procedures
- Build and maintain business relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Promote your team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience
- Managing and leading the service department for profitability and proficiency
- Deliver all set KPI's & CSI requirements
- Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Promoting a zero-harm safety culture
Who We Are Looking For: You are an experienced Service Manager or Warranty Manager who possesses:
- Effective & polished communication skills
- Proven ability to run a profitable and efficient Service Department
- Adaptability and dynamism in overcoming business challenges
- Ability to develop and drive employee performance
- Strong leadership skills and team-building experience
- Automotive industry background (preferred)
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Current Australian Driver’\s license
