Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations. This pivotal role involves managing our service teams, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electronic security systems, a track record of effective team leadership and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and enhance service delivery.
- Manage daily operations, including service, maintenance and installation of security systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental policies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the service team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in service operations, preferably in the electronic security industry.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and system design within the electronic security sector.
- Proficient in project management and familiar with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading diverse teams.
