Address Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Health Manager Lvl 4 Remuneration: $137,173.00 - $163,431.00 Hours Per Week: 38 hours per week Requisition ID: REQ466083 Tweed Mental Health Services are seeking a Manager to provide strategic direction and operational management of the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services, leading and championing new research, directives and initiatives to ensure the service direction is consistent with Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) and NSW Health priorities. If you have:
Tertiary qualification and/or extensive management experience in a health related setting
Ability to provide strategic leadership and effective management in a complex, multidisciplinary and evolving Alcohol and Other Drugs service provision environment
Proven capacity to lead service redesign and manage change coupled with a demonstrated ability to ensure robust clinical and corporate governance and patient safety principles
Significant high level clinical experience and competency and demonstrated ability working at a senior management level within a recognised Alcohol and Other Drugs setting
