Senior Manager, Creative Services - Sydney Office - Permanent Full TimeWe are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Manager, Creative to join our Marketing Team (Brand & Creative) in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Head of Group Brand and Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our in-house Creative Team, fostering innovation and excellence in art direction, copywriting and conceptual design. Your leadership will ensure our creative initiatives are aligned seamlessly with the strategic goals of Domain Group, directly influencing our ability to inspire confidence in life's property decisions across our diverse B2C and B2C brands. The ideal candidate will:Art Direction & Conceptual Design - Lead the strategic direction of our creative efforts for a diverse range of projects, from driving the development of compelling national brand campaigns in collaboration with our agency partners to pitch deck for our commercial teams. In addition, you will be on the tools 25% of the time and enjoy delivery work also.Creative Leadership & Team Mentoring - As a mentor and leader, you will oversee a diverse group of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, external freelancers and agency partners. Your role involves fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration and supporting career development.Operational Effectiveness & Project Management - You are responsible for budget management and implementing efficient workflow management processes that enhance the creative teams productivity and output quality.Stakeholder Management - Managing expectations and aligning projects with the various stakeholders, including marketing teams and external partners.Traffic Oversight - Manage the trafficking of all creative projects, overseeing the scheduling and resourcing to meet project deadlines and quality standards.You have:Extensive experience (10+ years) in art direction / copywriting, concepting and hands on design / copywriting experience, including relevant tertiary qualifications.5 + years experience managing in-house or agency based creative studios.Pragmatic, positive creative leader who thrives in the “non creative” side of the role as well.Ability to rightsize every brief (big creative opportunity versus BAU project).Exceptional problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolutions skills.Familiarity with design software applications, including Adobe Suite, Figma and Canva. Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com (bonus).Experience project budgeting for internal and external resources and third party suppliersExcellent communication and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships.Why join us?We're the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you.
