Duties:With $Millions in advertising spent per annum, generating thousands of enquiries a week to be reached back out to, our client is on the lookout for a highly experienced and driven sales leader to manage the team from both a sales and operational perspective.
Duties will include:- Effectively managing 30 – 40 staff across NSW and VIC
- Facilitating 1:1 coaching including demonstrating sales calls and roleplays
- “Floor management” including answering questions, interjecting and being available for real-time support
- Ensuring dials and talk time KPI’s are achieved
- Review all key-metrics and system improving where required
- Providing regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors
Specific requirements:To be selected for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in managing a Call Centre of 20+ staff (ideally within a property-related industry – investment, finance, banking etc)
- Able to attend a CBD office 5 days a week (with 1 Saturday a month)
- Comfortable implementing ideas and directives from upper management
- Be able to maintain a customer-service mentality in a high-volume environment
