Position: Service Manager - Business Development (2 positions available)

Level 4 -5 depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Service Manager: -
- Is responsible for Networking, promotion, and business growth by sourcing participants for Perfect Care Pty Ltd.
- Develop a business growth strategy for Perfect Care’s Respite, SIL, MTA and STA Homes as well as an In-Home Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Promotion leading to the growth of Perfect Care both in reputation and client numbers.
- Strong referral connections with clients/carers or guardians, support coordinators and other business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong Local area and Market Knowledge.
- Create documents, reports, and analyze data relevant to service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting disability support services, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports on Business Development activities, achievements, and challenges for executive review.
- Facilitate the intake and assessment of new clients to the service by liaising with families, NDIS representatives and allied health professionals to process and receive new referrals.
- Negotiating funding and service arrangements for transitional support in line with NDIS price guide.
- Ensuring adequate information is gathered regarding the individuals’ immediate support requirement. Develop support plans for each individual once accommodation commences by undertaking detailed assessment of everyone to ensure the “best fit” in the development of support plans to address their personal, health and skill development needs.
- Adhering to Perfect Care’s policies relating to confidentiality and records management.
- Ensure compliance through the documentation of all required documentation from the Participants referral to Exit from service.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
To be successful in this role you will have: -
- Tertiary qualifications in Social work, Disability, Human Services, Allied Health, Nursing or Community Services desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years NDIS experience in a similar role.
- STA, MTA, SIL and In-home participant experience.
- Sound understanding of NDIS price guide, completing schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements.
- In-home services co-ordination experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Essential stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
- Customer service skills demonstrated by experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and initiative and the ability to be flexible in thinking.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Good Area Knowledge.
- Ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
- High-level report writing skills.
- Client Database Systems experience.
- Strong Referral and Sales knowledge.
Mandatory Qualifications for this role:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current Driver’s License.
