The Paddock Early Learning is a unique, state of the art, Early Learning Service that is going to provide endless and meaningful experiences and opportunities for children, educators and families.
Conveniently located directly beside Tallebudgera State School, we also have four acres of private land available for nature incursions, pony play dates and feeding. We expect to be welcoming families in the fourth quarter of 2024.

About the role
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to inspire and lead a team of passionate and dedicated educators. We are seeking an exceptional leader with a positive mindset and attitude that will build relationships and connect with our children, families and team.

Skills and Attributes
- Ability to manage a Service, building and maintaining occupancy and ensuring effective business management outcomes.
- Ability to deliver high quality early education and care.
- Ability to advocate for children and act in their best interests.
- Ability to support and mentor a large team of educators, leading by kindness.
- Ability to ensure the service meets compliance obligations by understanding the relevant legislation, service policies and procedures.
- Ability to apply effective communication and leadership strategies to engage educators and enable them to work collaboratively, providing support and guidance along the way.
- Ability to support and implement strategies that enhance inclusion regardless of the child and family circumstances.
- Ability to work autonomously to ensure the Service is making improvements and working through their Quality Improvement Plan to ensure exceeding practice is occurring.
- Ability to build and form relationships with children, families and educators.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (recognised by ACECQA)
- Experience as an Assistant Service Manager
- Experience supporting and mentoring Educators.
- Experience making changes and improvements towards exceeding practice.
