Location: Our dealership in Maroochydore, Queensland, with occasional oversight of service operations.
Position Type: Full-time, permanent, salaried.
Salary: $100,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality Control and assurance measures in service operations for automobiles.
  • Implement detailed quality plans, ensuring adherence to project specifications and cost estimations.
  • Execute inspections and assessments to maintain service excellence.
  • Prepare technical reports and necessary documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, senior service personnel, and clients to present analysis and solutions as required.
  • Manage tasks both at the dealership and on-site for clients, which may involve occasional travel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience, focusing on Service Management and/or Quality Control within automotive servicing.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of automotive servicing methodologies and technical advancements.
  • Proficiency in critical software applications related to automotive diagnostics and Quality Control.
  • Expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and a knack for design thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • A collaborative team player with initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining service quality.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
