Location: Our dealership in Maroochydore, Queensland, with occasional oversight of service operations.
Position Type: Full-time, permanent, salaried.
Salary: $100,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Quality Control and assurance measures in service operations for automobiles.
- Implement detailed quality plans, ensuring adherence to project specifications and cost estimations.
- Execute inspections and assessments to maintain service excellence.
- Prepare technical reports and necessary documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with technical leads, senior service personnel, and clients to present analysis and solutions as required.
- Manage tasks both at the dealership and on-site for clients, which may involve occasional travel.
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience, focusing on Service Management and/or Quality Control within automotive servicing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of automotive servicing methodologies and technical advancements.
- Proficiency in critical software applications related to automotive diagnostics and Quality Control.
- Expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and a knack for design thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- A collaborative team player with initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining service quality.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
