Our branch located in Darwin, NT has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, results driven Service Manager to lead and build the team to deliver Xylem's promise of quality, customer satisfaction and service excellence.
As the Service Manager you will work and lead the team to profitably grow our service and rental business by:
- Providing strong leadership to a motivated branch Service & Rental team
- Leading an “Accept Only Zero” Safety Mindset with your team
- Working closely with our sales team to increase Xylems presence in the market
- Maintaining our National Rental fleet to a high standard
- Arranging and scheduling service and emergency work on Xylems product portfolio and associated equipment either on site or in our workshop.
- Managing the Darwin Service Departments profit and loss
- Facilitating daily kick off meetings and monthly toolbox talks with your Service team with an “Accept Only Zero” safety mindset
- Providing timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues
- Ensuring that the workshop and service area is maintained in an environmentally safe and organized manner and ensures that all equipment and tools are maintained to a high standard.
