Your responsibilities will include:

- Industry Insights and Trends: Utilise your solid understanding of your local market, industries, recruitment, and job opportunities to provide insights into emerging careers, in-demand skills, market shifts and opportunities.
- Account Management: Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat and new business.
About you:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience (8-10+ years) in agency and/or internal recruitment, employment services or time in a consultative type of human resources related role.
We are ideally seeking Recruitment Consultants with experience in recruiting roles in Blue Collar, Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Tourism, Healthcare, Trades, Logistics, Government, Office Support, Production and/or Retail.
You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable in offering advice and consult to broad range of candidates and clients.
You will have a solid understanding of the labour market in NT, industries, and job opportunities. Training, mentoring and other education opportunities are provided.
You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills. You will possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and thrive on seeing people achieve their dream jobs!
