Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Service Operations Consultant.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The role is in the End User Computing team who is responsible for end-point physical desktop fleet and virtual desktop services. As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) ICT Business Unit, in the above-mentioned End User Computing scope, the Services Operations Consultant is responsible for:
- Maintaining operations of end-point physical desktop fleet and/or virtual desktop services.
- Consulting with customers to deliver offsite services ops products and services.
- Coordinating virtual teams allocated by demand to designated customers.
- Optimising services particularly through automation and self-service.
