About the Role:
We're actively seeking a Supply Chain Operations expert to lead the charge in delivering the Cert III in Supply Chain Operations in Bunbury, WA.
This role entails working three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We offer an attractive pro rata salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Cert III in Supply Chain Operations in classroom and/or virtual environments, as well as onsite during practical placements.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with students, offering support throughout their learning journey
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students on their progress and assessment outcomes
- Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements
- Stay at the forefront of training practices through active participation in professional development.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience in Supply Chain Operations, or a related field
- Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly efficient time management and organisational skills
- Current National Police Clearance
