Tesla is leading the charge towards sustainable energy and transportation. We're looking for a dedicated Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing administrative and operational support to our Service Operations and Field Service teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of Tesla's service programs in the region.
- Manage the Service Operations field ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and coordination of all field requests.
- Communicate quickly and loudly any blockers to ticket resolution to the relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Receive, validate, and process invoices to support smooth financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain formal documents outlining Service processes for internal distribution.
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist in managing monthly Tesla Approved Bodyshop accounts, create statements, and monitor account statuses.
- Work closely with Australian & New Zealand Service Centers, providing operational support as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects/initiatives to enhance Service Operations efficiency.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, supporting the overall success of Service Operations.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant administrative or coordination role.
- Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of monthly statements and invoicing processes.
- Fluent English (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Valid Driver's License.
