Our client, a leading provider of managed IT services, is currently searching for a Service Operations Manager to join their team.
As the Service Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless delivery of technical services, optimise efficiency within the technical team, and enhance collaboration across sales, admin, and service departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth in profit year-on-year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing work schedules and processing service invoicing efficiently.
- Organise and lead Quarterly Business Review Meetings and daily/weekly team meetings to drive action items.
- Raise purchase orders for sales jobs and coordinate timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and storage and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Handle customer and supplier queries promptly.
- Oversee processing of expense invoices and EOM activities in the accounting system.
- Schedule technician jobs and serve as an escalation point for service staff.
- Oversee invoicing for sales and services and handle returns.
