What is the role about?
This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Dealer Principal and is all about being proactive. Responsible for 3 amazing service centres (Patterson Cheney Toyota, Patterson Cheney Isuzu and Patterson Cheney Holden). You will have a high level of trust and responsibility with the ability to influence your departments success. You will be responsible for mentoring the current service managers, providing business improvement initiatives, a key focus on customer service and retention. You will be focused on driving performance and efficiencies within each workshop.

Who are we looking for?
You will be a well-rounded, highly self-motivated highly experienced Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager. You will have clearly demonstrated experience in a variety of Service Manager roles within the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work.
You must have demonstrated experience including:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar high volume role
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Strong focus on guest experience
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
- A deep understanding of the Aftersales business
- Ability to work within a dynamic team
- Results oriented - committed to providing solutions to customer
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
