About you
Are you a corporate hospitality or multi site retail professional looking to take your career to the next level?
You will be equally comfortable on the front-line answering calls and engaging with clients as well as stepping into the leadership parts of the position.
The Position
Working with our reception and operation teams as first point of contact for clients and visitors and is responsible for the seamless operating of one or multiple serviced office locations.
In this role you and your team will provide a range of reception and business support services including:
- Meet & greet of clients and guests
- Telephone answering
- Mail and courier handling
- Email communication
- System data input and updates
- Administration support
- Meeting room services
- Barista coffee and bar service
- IT support (basic)
- Invoicing and reporting
As part of the seamless operating of the office locations, you will be responsible for or involved with:
- Client on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Team leadership, including recruitment, training and development
- Facility management
- Business process & SOP, maintenance and implementation
- Invoicing and reporting
