A global Leader in commercial Chiller innovation, specialising in the design and manufacture of oil-free chiller technology, seeks an experienced Service Supervisor/Team Leader with relevant industry knowledge to manage a compact and enthusiastic team in NSW. This focused expertise sets the company apart in the industry and they are the only manufacturer of such in Australia.
This role is suited to a proactive person who excels in team management, operational efficiency, and technical expertise in the HVAC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of three, optimising service delivery across NSW and ACT
- Utilise organisational skills to effectively manage team schedules, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in driving operational improvements and achieving strategic goals
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and profitability, with precision and accountability
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, enhancing the reputation and market presence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Proven leadership and management experience in the HVAC industry, with a hands-on approach to team supervision
- Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic.
- Exceptional organisational and motivational skills
- A self-starter with a history of surpassing operational targets and fostering team development
- Eligibility to work in Australia, demonstrating a commitment to ethical leadership and team empowerment.
