AMP Bank will launch a new division in Q1 2025 that will target small businesses, sole traders and consumers. We're on a mission to build Australia's leading digital bank. The new division will offer transaction and savings accounts designed to provide tailored functionality and features to help small business owners and everyday consumers manage their finances 'on-the-go' from their mobile phones.
For us, these are exciting times launching a new initiative for AMP Bank that will position us to support Australia's growing number of small businesses with their banking needs and further deliver on our purpose, helping people to create their tomorrow.

Our Role
Reporting to the Business Owner, Finance, this role will be helping us to build and deliver this exciting new division. The Service Owner, Enterprise Platforms & Data role owns the design, development and evolution of the enterprise platform and data journey and is responsible for ensuring alignment with the new division's goals.
How you'll make an impact
- Having ownership of:
- data for regulatory, financial and management reporting for the new division.
- target state solution for the Data Fabric including review of the build and testing for the various data layers
- target state for General Ledger integration from our partner to AMP GL.
- report creation and data visualisation from the reporting layer to meet regulatory and business requirements.
What you will bring to the team
- Ideally at least 8 years' experience working in banking and/or financial services
- Proven experience in the successful management and implementation of regulatory changes
- Ability to deliver results through others via effective leadership and coaching
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in data, IT, finance, economics or business related degree
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects and working in a project environment and understanding of Agile project management principles with the ability to work in an Agile environment.
- CA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
