Our dynamic team, fuelled by passion and expertise, delivers sustainable value across diverse industries.We are actively seeking an experienced Service Planner to join our team in Blacktown to help cover our South region and play a key role contributing to our vision of being “first in mind, first in choice”.Your Key Mission:

• Ensure highest customer satisfaction by efficiently managing available service resources and overseeing service execution through Technicians.
• Act as a vital link between customer expectations and internal resources, adept at balancing both to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer service requests and translate them into actionable service solutions, taking full ownership of delivery.
• Empowered to make commercial decisions within defined limits to promptly resolve any customer issues.
• Responsible for managing the entire customer experience, from initial inquiry to obtaining purchase orders, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, and payment.

To succeed, you will need

• Must have proficiency in team coordination.
• Familiarity with SAP advantageous
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience in service scheduling within a trade or service-oriented firm is beneficial.
• Demonstrates a flexible, professional demeanor with a proactive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
