What you'll do:
As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you are the first point of contact for all calls to Sleeptime. You will play a pivotal role in our world class customer experience.
- Greet all visitors to Sleeptime in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide accurate incident reports
- General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Arranging and booking in Deliveries
Hours: This opportunity is working Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm

About you:
- Passion for, and experience in, customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, can-do, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to lift up to 15kg to support with deliveries
