This prestigious, growing automotive dealership is looking for a Receptionist to support the service team.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Transferring to relevant people
Contacting customers to provide aftercare
Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and filed correctly
Supporting the servicing team with general administration
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
To take pride in your work and place the customer at the centre of what you do
Professionalism and ability to work as part of a successful team
