Job description:
We're on the lookout for a Work Coordinator/Scheduler, to assist in the scheduling and coordination of our Service Technicians.
Working with our SA Team, this is a vital role in ensuring the timely provision of onsite preventative and breakdown service repairs to our valued customers.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
This role will see you working closely with our customers, both internal and external, leading you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Tasks will include:
- Communicating with technicians regarding their work order requirements
- Liaising with customers in regard to site expectations and the time management of jobs.
- Maintenance of Service Max records and order entry timelines with accuracy
- Create, implement and update monthly Preventative Maintenance plans.
- Ensure Technician inductions are up to date.
- Updating our valued customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion of reports via customer portals.
- General administration tasks and front counter customer service as required.
WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working within administration or service/scheduling, and be looking for career longevity, and possess the following skills:
- Experienced in scheduling a field-based workforce.
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor the Service delivery.
- Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
We are looking for someone with an engaging, friendly personality and a professional phone manner. You will be a problem solver who has a ‘can do' attitude.
