About the Role
An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Service Scheduler to support our branch network across the Eyre Peninsula.
Based at our Cummins Branch, this varied and vital role would see you working centrally with our Service teams across the Eyre Peninsula and customers alike, managing and prioritising the workflow of jobs, ensuring the efficient operation of our Service Department.
This role typically suits someone with a strong administrative background who is practiced at juggling and reorganising priorities. You’ll have experience in scheduling Trades and managing rosters as well as a solid understanding of how to deliver a high level of customer service.
Managing our Technicians across the Eyre Peninsula is a demanding and rewarding role – and the right person will both thrive on this challenge and understand the balance of responding to the expectations of the customer and requirements being made of our technicians.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in Administration or Coordination role
- Previous experience working in a Workshop environment would be ideal
- A “can do” solutions driven approach with a good eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong influential skills and ability to make strong relationships
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
