Service Support Administrator
Be a part of delivering high level ICT support across our organisation through the efficient maintenance of our Service Desk and proactive asset management. As our Service Support Administrator you will have the opportunity to work with a professional and collaborative team within a unique heritage environment.
What the opportunity is:
- Employment with Museums of History NSW.
- Clerk Grade 5/6. Remuneration package includes salary ($93,295 - $102,941), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Full-time Ongoing employment at 35 hours per week.
- The role will work across the Sydney area.
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.
What you’ll do with us
This role monitors and maintains the ICT Service Desk and provides administrative support to the Corporate ICT team including purchasing, hardware and software asset management, documentation, and vendor, contract, and project management.

What you need to do to apply
