Given the expansion of our business, we have now identified that we require a fulltime Customer Support Assistant to support the wholesale arm of our business
About the role
We are looking for a professional, presentable, highly motivated, and diligent individual with outstanding communication skills who is eager to develop their knowledge. You will be a quick thinker with the ability to problem solve, use technology to effectively manage customer records and be a team player. Essentially, to do this role, we need someone with a positive and “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities will include (though not limited to).
- Customer Service – answering the phone, replying to enquiries via email and attending to front of house, you will be the face and voice of the company.
- Administration support and management of all administration processes
- Support to our Sales and Production teams
- Assisting the Warehouse and Event teams as required
- Maintenance of our internal software program

Skills and experience required
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a dynamic sales environment
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management skills;
- The ability to work autonomously and importantly, as part of a team;
- Confident and capable to use computer systems and technology applications
Fulltime role: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
