Southcott has already commenced on a transformational journey to support our significant growth agenda and we are looking for an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Service Technician to help us achieve our next level of success in Mackay and Bowen basin.
We are looking for experienced tradespeople with a hydraulic or mechanical background and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Your experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex hydraulic system issues is essential for excelling in installations, commissioning, assembly, and testing. You will bring valuable expertise in hydraulic installations and commissioning jobs, assembly and testing of hydraulic hoses, along with regular maintenance inspections and field servicing. Your role will be the key in ensuring that our team's dedication and skill consistently lead to excellence in every project.
With the ability to work unsupervised, you will be able to work on a diverse range of machinery. Use tools and measuring devices accurately. Safety and quality will always be top of mind.
Your customer-centric focus will mean that you build and maintain excellent customer relations and you will be capable of promoting Southcott’s capabilities, product and service offerings at all times.
You will have flexibility with working hours as afterhours work is a pre-requisite for this mobile service role. We offer adaptable working schedules That could include options like:
- Work around School hours with late starts and or early finish
- Flexible working week 4:3 roster allowing you to have a long weekend every weekend
- Family friendly team environment
You will need to hold an MR driving license or be capable of obtaining one.
