The Opportunity 

Your role as Service Technician is to maximise the quality of our customer’s experience by providing both mobile and workshop servicing and diagnostics of their vehicles. You will maintain and organise the day-to-day operations of customer’s service requirements. 

This role allows you to work out of our newly constructed workshop in Port Melbourne. If you are interested in EVs and progressing your career with a luxury automotive brand, this is the role for you!

About the Role 

• Organise customer service and warranty bookings
• Manage the service loan vehicle fleet.
• Perform Genesis-To-You (GTY) pick up and drop off for service, warranty, and retail requirements.
• Perform on-site diagnostic of the customers vehicles.
• Perform EV services on the vehicle at the customer’s location, as well as general maintenance.
• Complete work orders for repairs required, ensuring all client and requested work details are entered accurately
• Provide quotations for repairs to the customer and receive confirmation.
• Confirm payment arrangements and receive payments from clients and customers.
• Create and provide purchase orders to external vendors and suppliers
• Organise parts and repairs via external vendors and suppliers.
• Complete service and parts reports to the management team
• Manage quality checks on vehicles after service and repairs.
• Provide clear communication to customers on diagnostic and service results.

About You 

Customer focused > You always strive to deliver the best customer experience with your work. 

Technical > You have experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting. You have an automotive trade certificate (Cert 3 Minimum). 

Organised > You are able to follow procedures and manage your time to work independently. 

You must have a valid drivers license and be wiling to travel.
