Position Description:We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team and embark on an exciting career path in essential filtration. No prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals with a passion for learning and a willingness to develop new skills on the job.
Clients:Our clients encompass major hospitals, industrial facilities, food manufacturing, commercial buildings, and various other industries seeking advanced Water Filtration solutions.
Work Involvement:The Service Technician will support our clients by assisting in the maintenance and servicing of essential filtration systems within client facilities. This includes major hospitals, where they will assist to ensure uninterrupted water supply for critical medical applications. Additionally, they will assist industrial clients in maintaining optimal equipmentperformance to meet regulatory standards and operational requirements.
Overtime Pay and Emergency Call-Out Work:As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients, Service Technicians may be required to work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs as needed. Overtime pay and compensation for emergency call-out work will be provided in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
TrainingThis position requires proficiency in a range of skills. Training is provided where the successful applicant will be guided through a structured pathway to attain the skills required.
Benefits:A service vehicle is provided for traveling to client sites. This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine equipment checks and assessments of inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to manage and organise stock within housing facilities.
- Place orders for necessary supplies and equipment to maintain operations and uphold service standards.
- Perform various tasks within the factory as required.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety protocols during all activities.
- Post Secondary/TAFE technical training may be an advantage but not a key criteria for this role.
