No Experience Required, we welcome all applicants who come from a technical, trade background and who have experience as a Service Technician, mechanic, Pool Technician, swimming instructor, plumber, refridgeration/chillers and related areas.
We will take you through our training and development program to ensure you are fully equipped for your new position with Swimart. Ongoing training will be provided once you are settled in your position.
About you:
- Enjoy working outdoors in a physical role providing superior service
- Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
- Have a current driver’s license
- Be able to work autonomously without supervision, but also be able to work in a team environment as required
- Take pride in their work and have excellent communication skills
- Are self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem solve
About the job:
- Perform regular service checks on pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments
- Water testing and adding of chemicals as prescribed (full training provided).
- Equipment maintenance, installation & troubleshooting, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation & pool cleaners (full training provided).
- Organise and maintain a service vehicle ensuring the correct inventory is carried on board to work safely & efficiently.
- Quote generation and follow up as required
- Service sales
