The Role
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, we are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our South Queensland Service Centre to be based in our Murarrie service and repair workshop.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and repairing a varied range of Makita tools
- Providing reliable and prompt technical support for internal and external customers
- Providing technical hands-on training to staff
- Appropriate handling/managing spare parts stock to complete repairs
To secure this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience repairing Power Tools or similar product
- Previous experience in the product repair industry
- Excellent communication and strong organisation skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
