Details: The Digital Solutions Division within ACT Health is looking to hire a suitably qualified and energetic individual to join the team as a Service Transition Manager.

The Service Transition Manager will work in the IT Service Management (ITSM) team and will have a passion for delivering results with a focus on customer service and compliance.

In this role, you will:

Liaise between change owners and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful transition from project or major change to support occurs.

Provide guidance and advice to all stakeholders in relation to Service Transition processes and
compliance. Engage with service providers including NTT, Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) and Digitals Solutions Division staff to maintain accurate records for business systems, servers and end user devices.

Engage with Digital Solutions Division staff to ensure content stored in the knowledge management repository (Confluence) is up to date and accurate.

Assist with the ongoing review and uplift of Service Transition procedures and related knowledge base articles.

Management of the ITSM Support Officer role.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

This role requires you to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance, which will be sponsored by the ACT Health Directorate.

To be eligible for an NV1 security clearance, you must be an Australian citizen. If you are not successful in obtaining a Security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence. If already commenced, your employment will be reassessed.
Qualifications in ITIL or experience working in an ITIL environment or Service Transition environment would be an advantage.

Note: This is a temporary position available 12 June 2024 to 30 June 2025 with the Possibility of Permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
