This leadership position requires a visionary mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead emergency response planning. Key Responsibilities: Drive social inclusion and environmental resilience initiatives for a vibrant community. Spearhead sustainability projects that demonstrate environmental leadership. Engage stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies, to create opportunities for sustainability and community empowerment. Selection Criteria: Essential A bachelor’s degree in community development, resilience, sustainability or a related field. Demonstrated experience in community development, community capacity building or environmental science/sustainability and a keen interest in both. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to develop high-performing and agile teams. Demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation. Strong organisational, project and risk management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing resources effectively including financial and workforce. Problem solving and decision-making abilities to address issues in a timely manner. Commitment to staying informed about emerging issues, industry trends, and best practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive community satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to work within multi-disciplinary and diverse management teams to achieve corporate goals.
