We are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Administrator for an iconic Australian client.
About the role
The primary focus for this role is to provide general application and administrative support for the Client's ServiceNow Platform.
Responsibilities
- Providing general application and administrative support for the Client's ServiceNow Platform
- Managing and providing support to all interfaces to and from ServiceNow
- Managing notification rules (SMS & Email) as required to support various ITIL processes.
- Providing general application and administrative support for ServiceNow.
- Application user management, including addition and deletion of users.
- Follow Change process to implement changes, enhancements, and bug fixes in ServiceNow.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience with analysis, validation and processing of data
- ServiceNow platform management and development experience well regarded
- Experience in CMDB, discovery and data integration with other external sources well regarded
- Hands-on experience with development and maintenance of Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, SOAP, email, MID, etc…) well regarded
- Hands-on experience with Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, CSS, and AJAX within ServiceNow well regarded
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases well regarded
