ITSM Lead with knowledge on products such as ServiceNOW with development and support knowledge on
• Agent Workspace
• Service Catalog Widget development
• Custom App Design/Development
• Major Incident Management
• Reporting/Dashboard and PA
• Has exposure to CIM (Continuous Improvement) and Walk-Up experience.
• Sound knoweldge on ITOM in cluding but not limited to, CMDB, MID Servers
• Discovery configuration and troubleshooting
• Service Mapping configuration and troubleshooting
• Hardware and Software Asset Management
