Servicenow Specialists

Latitude IT is partnering with a Government Agency to hire Multiple positions within the ServiceNow realm including ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow ITOM / DevOps Lead, ServiceNow Technical Architect,  Sr DevOps ServiceNow Administrator / ITSM,  ServiceNow ITOM Specialist,  ServiceNow Implementation Lead, and ServiceNow Analysts.

As a pivotal member of our client's Agile development team, the ServiceNow roles will actively engage in hands-on technical development tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Software Configuration: Execute software configuration across diverse technical domains, coupled with the analysis and development of technical requirements.
• Application Development: Design and develop application modules, workflows, and Catalog requests to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Technical Advisory: Define the technical scope and offer advisory services to clients during the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
• Implementation Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product implementation roadmap, providing practical assistance in detailed design and implementation strategies.
• Unit Testing and Support: Conduct thorough unit testing, offering resolution for identified issues, and providing ongoing support for changes implemented in the production environment.

Qualifications: What You'll Need
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in ServiceNow Workflow, Customer Service Management portal, and Integration Hub.
• Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in managing relationships, conducting workshops, and translating business requirements into actionable ServiceNow functionalities. A commitment to driving outcomes and a passion for service excellence.
• ServiceNow Applications: Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, IRM.
• Security Clearances: Projects may necessitate security clearances; therefore, candidates should be prepared to meet these requirements.
• Minimum 1-5 years of development experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• ITSM/CSM Exposure: Exposure or experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on contributing to service excellence through the Agile methodology.
• ServiceNow Certifications: Possession of ServiceNow certifications is highly desirable.
