POSITION PURPOSE
The Stakeholder Engagement and Property Assessments Manager is responsible for co-ordinating the role out of the initial Phase of new projects carried out by Johns Lyng Group Disaster Management. This Phase involves gathering data about the project through Site Assessments and implementing reporting to drive results.
The position is responsible for creating and managing all data and records relevant to the project. The system for storing, maintaining and validating all records and data in relation to the project will be implemented and maintained by the position to suit the need of the project. A team of administrators will report to the position.
All documents will be validated by the Stakeholder Engagement and Property Assessment Manager.
Strong analytical and statistical skills will be required to interpret and report on all data in relation to the project. The interpretation and analysis of this data will be used to drive results and ensure efficiency in the project.
Proven communication skills are necessary to engage with Key Stakeholders and keep them informed on the progress of the project but also ensuring all KPIs set out by them are not only being met, but are reported on a weekly basis.
The position will be responsible for identifying, along with Key Stakeholders, the priorities of the project and will act as a liaison manager between Stakeholders and the operational department of the project.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Responsible for all Data Management and Reporting in accordance with the requirement of the nominated contract.
Collect, analyse and interpret all data in relation to the project and create reporting records to inform and drive results internally.
Weekly reporting and updates to keep stakeholders informing the projects progress and projection for the coming weeks.
Manage, train and oversee contract and data administrators responsible for maintaining systems implemented by the Property Assessments and Key Stakeholder Manager.

Work with OH&S lead to ensure the safety of all site Assessment Teams on the ground.
