Apply now to make a meaningful contribution to the democratic process.What you will be doingReporting directly to the Manager, Digital and Online Communication, this role will be responsible for:

• Producing web content and digital assets adhering to accessibility and relevant style guides
• Publishing through our content management system (Sitecore) and mass-messaging communication platform (Whispir), ensuring information published is accurate, accessible and timely
• Managing digital projects, including creating detailed project plans, web change plans, and developing strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
• Enhancing digital assets through methods such as user testing, audits, reporting and analytics, and web governance platforms

What you will bring to the role

• Significant demonstrated experience with website content management systems and mass-messaging platforms (email and SMS)
• High quality writing and editing skills for web and digital content
• Demonstrated experience in the application of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), style guides, and user experience best practice
• Experience in leading the successful delivery of digital projects with strong stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to the VEC's core values
