About the role

As our next Service truck operator reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results. 

The Lake Vermont Coal Project is situated in Dysart, North Queensland. 

To be successful in this role you are required to have:

• Servicing heavy earthmoving equipment
• Conduct refuelling operations
• Assist fitters where required
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
• General workshop duties
• Ability to record information accurately during servicing process

About you

• Cert 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent (desirable)
• Prior experience working as a serviceperson on a mine site
• HR driver's licence preferable
• Experience operating 775 or similar Service trucks (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience working in the mining and heavy earthmoving industry
• A commitment to a positive safety culture
• Ability to work unsupervised and run independently
