With over 25 beds & 50+ staff, this facility is looking at bringing on a fresh manager to maintain the exceptional standard of care. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Passion for aged care and supporting residents
- Relevant clinical nursing experience within an age care environment
- Extensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong clinical skills and ability to mentor RNs
- Previous clinical management or supervisor experience is HIGHLY regarded
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Overseeing clinical team members, ensuring high quality care is maintained
- Managing administration duties
- Completing Client Assessments and Plans
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes and objectives through effective leadership and direction
- Liaise with Clients/Primary Contacts to ensure service expectations are being met
- Consulting with Families
