The role
- Continuing, Full time – 35 hours per week
- Level 1 – $52,981 to $55,336 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Orange
As the Service Assistant (Barista), you will provide quality barista and hospitality services in on the Orange campus which operates a small café offering food and beverages to staff, students and visitors. You will also assist in maintaining the physical environment and work as part of a team to develop and improve operations.
This permanent position is required 5 days a week, with shifts currently scheduled Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3pm.
About you
- Want to be part of a small, fun, committed and passionate team
- Have a desire for serving coffee and good food
- Have a genuine passion and excitement for providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience as a barista (ideally at least 2 years)
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
As part of this recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a functional assessment and practical barista assessment.
