Role requirements- 10+ years of experience in management ideally across transactional or Shared Service roles
- Excellent knowledge of accounts payable, credit and trust accounts processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders and customers
- Experience improving processes in a AR/AP function
- Confidence to guide transactional manager
The role- Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be required to oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable managers
- Manage and oversee the daily finance operations of the and liaise with the CFO where necessary.
- Lead, support and develop the transactional managers and accounting team
- Develop and deliver the finance KPI's
- Drive internal and external relationships
- Leading and identifying continuous process improvements across the accounts payable, credit and trust function
- Enhancing each department's month-end close processes
- Assist with the external audit process
- Provide analysis and reporting to senior management
