About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies and ensure the financial health of the organisation.
As a key player in this dynamic environment, the position contributes to the seamless operation and success of ISSG and its diverse portfolio, including such responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures
- Managing financial reporting and analysis
- Preparing and presenting financial statements to senior management
- Developing and managing budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance and provision of recommendations for improvement
- Managing cash flow and ensuring adequate funding for operations
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Providing financial guidance and building business capacity across the group
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- CPA Certification
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Proficient in Financial Software Microsoft Office Knowledge of Financial Regulations Law
