As our SSM, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our Admin Support Officer and Facility Manager, driving our mission of participant-focused care and operational excellence.
Role Overview: You will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless administrative functionality of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you hold a fourfold responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support to Head Office:
You will be the cornerstone of our head office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an organised environment that supports the workflow of our entire team.
2. Human Resources Management:
Your role is crucial in various HR functions. You will actively engage in the recruitment process, oversee the onboarding of new team members, and facilitate ongoing staff training. Your contribution ensures that our team is well-equipped and thriving, aligning with our commitment to excellence and participant focus.
3. Support to the Operations Team:
You will provide indispensable administrative assistance to our Operations Team, particularly the Case Managers. This involves ensuring that they have the necessary administrative support to efficiently handle client cases and deliver exceptional care.
4. Shared Services
The Facility Manager, Admin Support Officer & Training Support Officer will all report to you day to day and your responsibility it to manage them and their functions.
In this role, you are the linchpin that connects different administrative facets of our organisation, ensuring both administrative efficiency and support to our employees. Your contribution enables us to uphold our standards of care and operational excellence, reinforcing our mission to deliver participant-focused services.
