Grays has a fantastic opportunity to join the team in Pinkenba as our Shared Services Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. This role is responsible for managing the Shared Services teams in QLD & NT to deliver service efficiency and excellence in the management of sales projects brought in by our business development efforts.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day function of Shared Services in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
- Managing, developing and engaging Shared Services team members to support them to succeed in their roles.
- Working collaboratively with all divisions within Grays, in particular our sales division to support alignment and appropriate allocation of resources to support efficient, timely, safe and cost effective sales account management.
- Ensuring accounts are managed efficiently to meet sale deadlines and vendor relationships are maintained.
- Building and maintaining positive, productive and accountable internal/external stakeholder relationships.
- Effective workforce planning and management of resources.
- Taking a proactive role in ensuring the achievement of metrics and KPIs, quality assurance, maintain use of CRM and continuous improvement.
- Management of escalated matters in a timely manner.
- Provide reporting on both a regular and ad hoc basis and make recommendations to inform decision making.
- Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required, including managing the effective implementation and embedding of changes to processes locally.
- Ensuring compliance with Grays WHS policies, procedures and state Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- Contributing to a positive, proactive, compliant and accountable culture at Grays.
