Are you a skilled and experienced Sharepoint Consultant with a passion for optimising digital workplaces? As a Microsoft Office 365 Engineer, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and supporting the Office 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Record Management program and Intranet refresh projects with roll-out and enhancements of SharePoint
Provide support to operations helpdesk teams and administer various SaaS applications;
Work with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365;
Participate in planning and executing Office 365 migration, upgrades, and integration projects;
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements;
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Office 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related tools;
Monitor and maintain the Office 365 environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for Office 365 usage and adoption;
Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and system specifications;
Stay up to date with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
Conduct regular system audits and assessments, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions for enhancement; and
Provide training and guidance to end-users on Office 365 applications and functionalities.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams;
Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services, with hands-on experience in Azure and other related platforms;
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions;
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Office 365 administration tasks;
Solid knowledge of IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures within Office 365;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or similar credentials are a plus; and
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
