Form of workThe SharePoint / Power Platforms Consultant will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to ensure the efficient operation of our client’s end-user Microsoft environments. The role is responsible for the design and implementation of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions and the Consultant will be a subject matter expert within this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a member of our Microsoft & Cloud Services team in a variety of client-facing project, sales, presales, and strategic initiatives
- Requirement gathering, design and implementation of Power Platform solutions
- Design, develop and deliver fit-for-purpose SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements
- Consult, recommend, and promote SharePoint and Microsoft Teams services that can improve business efficiencies
- Work closely with customers to analyse and determine detailed business requirements as they relate to SharePoint solution opportunities
- Monitoring and reacting to service issues and manage escalations
- Manage SharePoint site implementations from initial installation, security management, ongoing maintenance, and migrations
- Build and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions to ensure all aspects of solutions are tracked and available for future development and solution maintenance
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of industry experience with the following:
- Strong experience in configuring, administering, and developing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams and PowerBI.
- Hands-on experience administering and managing SharePoint Online, Information Architecture and Taxonomy
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Teams Governance
- Documentation Skills - proposals, presales, end user and training documents
- Strong attention to detail and experience in handling confidential information
