About the role:
Experienced SharePoint Specialist to help uplift the client's SharePoint online environment. This role will be required to help review the current environment in line with best practice and business requirements, progress through architecture the design recommendations and implement the approved system changes. This will include configuration and development on the SharePoint environments and third-party tools, generation of the associated documentation such as designs, procedures and training materials and finally operating within the Technology group as an advisor / coach to junior staff to assist with ongoing operations and training.
This is a contract for approx 9 months either on a daily rate or a fixed term contract with an immediate start. The organisation's head office is in Newcastle so there will be a need to travel there for the initial induction and spending some days in the office per month.
About you:
This role will require a mix of hands-on technical work scripting/PowerShell and also the ability to communicate well with the internal teams and key stakeholders. You will have 3+ years of experience in a SharePoint role and the ability to design and configure M365 / SharePoint Online.
