Metalair is one of Sydney’s most efficient and dependable manufacturers of Sheet Metal products servicing commercial and industrial markets throughout NSW. Established in 1978, we specialize in the fabrication of Sheet Metal ductwork, insulation of the ductwork and professional installation.
We are seeking applications from experienced and qualified metal fabricators/duct installers
Qualifications & experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Sheet Metal industries.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments whilst not compromising the quality of work. Be physically fit, reliable, punctual & honest.
Tasks & responsibilities
Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements.
Manufacture various ducting components, straights, square & radius bends, transitions, square to round, square bends, S bends, round & oval spigots, tubes, drip trays, etc.
Operate CAMduct AutoCAD Fabrication software to enter the job specification as per the blueprint of the project in order to cut jobs in the CNC plasma cutter.
