Form of workJob Description:Exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager – Pack Area to lead and develop a supply shift production team of operators. This role will see you responsible for developing and managing both people & production on rotating shifts at our Mars Petcare site in Bathurst, NSW just two and a half hours from Sydney.
As the Shift Manager – Pack Area, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will actively engage in defining, implementing, improving and standardising how our Production Operators conduct themselves.
